The MAF joint venture - made up of McNicholas Construction, Per Aarsleff and Ludwig Freytag - is preparing to pull a gas pipeline 1 km under the River Severn in Gloucestershire. The bore hole is being drilled as part of two major Transco contracts won by MAF to lay 54 km of pipeline in the Tewkesbury area.
