Salisbury-based DF Blanchard has won its largest deal since its management bought the firm out of AIM-listed Wigmore last June. It has bagged a £5.5 deal to turn a Grade II listed building in Midhurst, West Sussex, into 39 luxury f lats for Capital City Developments.
