Halftime School to be turned into flats

The former Halftime School in Paisley will be turned into luxury flats after planning permission was secured this week.

Neige Developments has got the green-light for ten two-bedroom and 30 one-bedroom flats, which will be built over three storeys.

The £22 million scheme will keep the original B-listed façade of the school originally opened in 1886.

Most recently housed the Institute nightclub, which was destroyed in a fire in July 2007.
