Hanson grant

MATERIALS

Construction materials giant Hanson is part-funding a project to help reduce the use of primary aggregates. The £53,000 grant from its landfill tax credit fund will help pay for a review by the Centre for Contaminated Land Remediation in Greenwich to demonstrate how marginal aggregates and quarry wastes can be used in construction.
