PLANT AT SED - SED BRIEFS

Irish self-erector firm Mantis Cranes showed off a prototype of its TC25 trailer-mounted crane, capable of carrying a tonne to a 20 m radius. The crane has been developed in collaboration with the University of Ulster to optimise ease of transport, installation and erection.

The TC25 is built on a road chassis and has fixed ballast, enabling the 20-tonne rig to be delivered to site on a single articulated truck.
