Heavy trading in Pochin's shares

Heavy trading saw two million shares in contractor Pochin's change hands on Friday as a shareholder nearly doubled its stake in the company.
Michael Chadwick - connected to trust company Quiros which already held 12.5 per cent of Pochin's - spent £4.8 million on the shares.

The Quiros holding in the company is now 21.9 per cent.

Pochin Plant director Jane Lanni sold the biggest tranche, offloading over 900,000 shares at 245p each.
