Henry Boot grabs £9.4m trio

Henry Boot has won a £7 million to convert a former Co-operative department store in Nottingham into a modern mixed-use scheme including restaurants, shops and a casino.
Work is due to start at the end of May.

It has also landed a £1.2 million project to build a new sports hall at Pope Pius X Catholic High School, Rotherham, and a £1.2 million pre-school and bible college at Church on the Way, Bradford.
