H&H ready to start work at Evesham

HIGGS & HILL is ready to start work this summer on a 28 ha business park at Evesham, in Hereford and Worcester.

Wychavon District Council has finally given the scheme the all-clear, ending years of uncertainty over the development much of it linked to a decision being made on the preferred route for the A435/A438 Evesham- M5 road improvement project.

The park is earmarked for about 75,000 sq m of mixed office and industrial development; around 7 ha will be given over to use by the local fruit and vegetables transport industry.

Higgs & Hill is in joint-venture with Evesham Estates, the parks developer, via a tie-up arranged through Evesham directors Tim Carey and Robert Vestentoft.
