Costain, Bowmer & Kirkland, Ringway subsidiary Whitemountain, Skanska and Alfred McAlpine are all up for a £14 million deal to build two hangars, an apron and runway facilities at Luton Airport for owner TBI. Bidders will be interviewed this week to get through to the second stage next month. Work on the 65-week job starts in March.
