Hochtief scoops £142m Irish schools PFI

German firm Hochtief has clinched a £142.2 million PFI contract to build the Cork School of Music in southern Ireland.
Irish subsidiary Hochtief PPP Solutions and partner Barclays' Private Equity has set up project company Cork School of Music Services to design, build, finance and operate the school. The consortium will invest up to £46 million over 25 years.
