Holmes Partnership wins Saltcoats residential job

Glasgow-based architect The Holmes Partnership has won the RIAS competition to design a landmark residential scheme overlooking the seafront at Ardrossan in Saltcoats, North Ayrshire.

The practice took the deal ahead of Edinburgh based architects Elizabeth Roxburgh, Cre8architecture and Joseph Thurrott in a competion sponsored by local contractor McLaughlin Construction and the Irvine Bay Urban Regeneration Company.
