Holyrood delay

The chief executive of the Scottish Parliament Paul Grice has admitted members will not be able to move into the new building at Holyrood, Edinburgh, until January. The building, which is being built by Bovis Lend Lease, is due to be completed in November but testing of the systems installed means the moving in date will be 2004.
