Homes push


House building needs to increase by at least a third on current rates to satisfy future demand, according to a report launched by the Town and Country Planning Association in Brighton on Monday.

Figures in Housing, the Next Generation predicts that at least 200,000 new homes are needed annually, compared with the current completion rate of 154,000.
