Housing Partnership looking for contractors

Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership is looking for contractors to take on a £64 million regeneration contract to build homes across south-west Scotland.

Work will include demolition of 372 houses and flats in Dumfries and Stranraer which will be replaced by 502 new homes to be constructed under the deal.

The 36 month project will be split into three lots and bids should be submitted for one or more lots. Deadline for bids is 11 July.
