A £120 MILLION athletics stadium that will host the 2005 World Athletics Championships at Pickett's Lock in Edmonton, north London, could be built next to Britain's biggest waste-burning incinerator. There are fears that the facility, just approved by the minister for London, Nick Raynsford, will be a health risk.
