TOWER POWER: Multiplex is six months into constructing a £90 million hotel and residential scheme in London's Docklands. It is seen here (foreground) in a computer generated image. The 36-storey scheme for West India Quay Development Company, comprising developers Marylebone Warwick Balfour and Manhattan Loft Company, includes 301 bedrooms and 158 apartments. Marylebone Warwick Balfour has already sold 72 apartments worth £40 million.
