BALFOUR Kilpatrick has turned to an unnamed subcontractor to increase the number of electricians working on the £154 million research building for pharmaceutical giant Pfizer in Sandwich, Kent. The move follows a decision by the firm to sack 240 sparks after an unofficial walkout three weeks ago.
