Fleetclip is a newly designed scaffold board fixing device that reduces the threat of accidents from tripping. Fleetclip is a 5 mm thick galvanised steel strip, which secures scaffold boards directly to the main scaffolding. The company says the product minimises trip hazards and improves security.

Barman has developed a trestle system, which it says can provide a simple, safe and stable working platform. The mild steel, powder coated trestles have been designed to accommodate standard scaffold boards secured by thumbscrews. They are available in fixed or variable height.

ITW Construction Products has introduced the Galv-Plus nail.

Containing 5 per cent aluminium and more than twice as much zinc as the nails they replace, the Galv-Plus nails have twice the corrosion protection.

Rigid has introduced a builtin Powerfeed to its K-39 Drain Cleaner, which moves the cable in and out of the line automatically.
