Inquiry date set for Aberdeen bypass

A public inquiry into the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route will begin in September.

The road is expected to cost up to £395 million and the Scottish Government has set a completion date of 2012 for the bypass.

The inquiry will be held at the Hilton Aberdeen Treetops Hotel and is expected to last up to ten weeks.
