Inspector fined


Health and safety consultant Christopher Hooper was fined £3,000 by Andover magistrates last week for carrying out inadequate risk assessments at a joinery firm in Hook, Hants.Mr Hooper assessed a woodwork machine at STD Joinery after which an employee lost a finger in an accident.
