InteriorExterior lands £4m Royal Exchange deal

InteriorExterior has landed a £4 million deal to refurbish the Grade II-listed Royal Exchange shopping centre in Manchester for Quintain Estates.
Work will include revamping the 4,600 sq m ground floor area which comprises 15 shops, a café and a restaurant. The atrium area will be reconfigured and the lifts will be upgraded. Architects for the scheme are the Ratcliff Partnership and Bernard Engle

Work is due to be completed in Spring 2006.
