John Rowan & Partners record year

Consultant John Rowan & Partners produced record profits in the year ending March 31, 2005 following a restructuring of the business into four divisions.
Sales jumped 12.8 per cent to £3.13 million compared to the same period in 2004. Profits hit £290,000, up over 9 per cent.

A strong performance in the housing market working with arms length management organisations and housing associations helped the consultant boost growth by 10 per cent to 15 per cent.

Managing partner Stephen Gee said: 'With both top line and underlying profit growth we've built a foundation on which to continue this upward trend for the coming year and further strengthen the company's position in our core sectors.'
