JV for £50m Leith development

Developer Applecross has teamed up with with Forth Ports in a £50 million development at Western Harbour in Leith.

The joint venture will build 36 townhouses and 144 flats over four plots of land. The scheme including the main access gateway to the development on Lindsay Road.

Applecross intends to lodge a planning application for the development soon and hopes work will start autumn 2008.

The venture is the first of its kind for Forth Ports.
