SOCIAL housing specialist Keepmoat has boosted profits by 21 per cent after a sixth successive year of record results.
The company, which owns Haslam Homes, Frank Haslam Milan and Bramall Construction, made pre-tax profits of £40.2 million in the year to March, up from £33.1 million. Turnover rocketed 40 per cent from £334.6 million to £468.7 million.
Keepmoat, which employs 3,000 staff, delivered more than 34,000 homes in the past year.
Chairman Dick Watson said: 'We have had another excellent year with record delivery, record training and record turnover growth. We will continue to develop and reinvest in our products and services to ensure this track record is enhanced as we move forward.'
