The London Borough of Lambeth is inviting bids for a series of housing maintenance and service-delivery contracts totalling £840 million over seven years.

The council's regeneration and housing department, responsible for more than 40,000 council homes and leasehold properties, is offering 12 contracts worth up to £35 million.

Tenders and requests to participate close on December 7.
