Lambeth plans for new college

Developers are being sought to build a £35 million new college in south London.

Lambeth College and charity Grooms-Shaftesbury are working together to build a college in Lambeth.

The new building will replace part of Lambeth’s existing operations, as well as Grooms-Shaftesbury’s Nash College in Bromley.

The 11,000 sq m college will be built on a site to be acquired by the college, or on a plot owned by the winning developer.

Work on establishing the site and delivering the new college is expected to take around five years. Expressions of interest must be submitted by 7 April.
