Leadbitter secures £30m of social housing work

Leadbitter has secured £30 million worth of work with housing association Bedfordshire Pilgrims Housing Association.

Workers are on site in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire constructing a series of assisted living and care home projects.

Leadbitter said it was awarded the contracts after a competitive tender process and “based on its successful portfolio of assisted living apartments and care homes built in the area.”

Bedfordshire Pilgrims Housing Association named eight contractors on its £300m design and build framework in February.

Leadbitter, Lovell, Keepmoat, Hill, Wates, Jackson, Parrots and SDC were all named on the five-year new build housing development framework covers eastern, central and southern England.
