Leicester Late kick-off for football probe

Contracts

A PUBLIC inquiry into a proposed £35 million stadium for Leicester City Football Club has been deferred.

Goldwing, the developer on the 40,000-seat ground, briefly pulled out because terms could not be agreed with club over the scheme's retail element.

The firm is now back on board but the October 26 deadline forinquiry submissions was missed.
