Bovis Lend Lease has been appointed construction adviser for a £750 million overhaul of Bracknell town centre in Berkshire. Architect Richard Rogers Partnership has drawn up a blueprint to transform the town with new shops, offices and leisure facilities.The group behind the plan, Bracknell Regeneration Partnership, submitted an outline planning application for the work to the local council last November.
