Lighthouse phone call

PLANT AT SED

RECRUITMENT specialist Hays Montrose has launched a campaign to raise £25,000 for the Lighthouse Club by recycling the estimated 20 million redundant mobile phones in the UK.

The Lighthouse Club will receive a £5 donation for every recyclable phone sent to the Answer the Call campaign.

Phones, which have to be in working order, will be cleaned, checked and refurbished for use in other countries by phone recycler Cellular-Surplus. com.

People can either donate their redundant phones by dropping them off at any Hays Montrose office or by phoning 020 7931 8978 for a postage-paid envelope.
