BIRSE, Murphy, Morrison, Costain-Skanska and Nuttall are chasing a £12 million highways and utilities diversions contract on the second phase of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link. Contract 135 involves work at St Pancras, north London, and is due to be awarded by Union Railways North in early 2001.
