Liverpool regeneration unveiled

Plans for a new mixed-use development in Liverpool were unveiled last week.
Davis Langdon will provide cost management services for phase one of the St Paul's Square project. It will include 50 luxury flats, 11,600 sq m of office space and leisure facilities covering 297 sq m.

The scheme is the first of four regeneration projects in the UK by English Cities Fund - a joint venture between Amec, English Partnerships and Legal & General.

Work on phase one is set for completion by early 2007.
