Llandudno office scheme up for grabs

A deal worth up to £22 million to build top spec Government offices in Llandudno Junction has been advertised.

The Welsh Assembly Government wants firms to bid for a design and build deal for its office scheme, which it expects to achieve BREEAM excellent rating and to have the potential to be nominated for national design awards.

The closing date for expressions of interest in the contract is 25 April, after which up to five firms will be invited to bid for the contract.

A winner will be chosen within six months of return of tenders with the offices set for completion by summer 2010.
