Local firm picks up office deal

Local firm Banchory Construction will start work next month on a new office scheme on the outskirts of Aberdeen.

The work for Knight Real Estate will involve build a three-storey block with training and administration space for CHC Scotia which provides helicopters to the offshore oil and gas industries.

Work on the £2.75 million scheme at the Kirkhill Industrial Estate in Dyce will finish in the summer.
