Lovell picked for Yorkshire Decent Homes deal

Affordable house builder Lovell has won a £4 million Decent Homes contract in North Yorkshire for Selby District Council.

Lovell will carry out a range of housing improvements including installation of new kitchens, bathrooms and central heating systems.

The first phase of the three year deal will cover refurbishment of 320 homes in Tadcaster and 211 village homes in Selby between November 2007 and May 2008.
