Lovell wins £3.5m refurb work

Affordable housing firm Lovell has won a £3.5 million housing improvement programme for arm's length management organisation Cheltenham Borough Homes.

The project will cover installation of kitchens and bathrooms at 500 homes across Cheltenham Borough Council's housing stock.

Properties are being upgraded under Cheltenham Borough Homes' Decent Homes programme which got underway in 2004.

Work on the two year scheme is set to start in April.
