Mace wins place on Southwark framework

Mace has been appointed to Southwark Borough Council’s project management services framework.

The final details of the deal are still being worked out but revamping the council’s housing stock and non-BSF education schemes.

Director at Mace David Bill said: “We believe that frameworks deliver best value to local authorities as they allow an engagement based on partnership and real innovation to develop.”

Mace is already working on one of the highest-profile schemes in Southwark, the Shard of Glass building above London Bridge railway station for developer Teighmore.
