Maintenance work worth £19m up for grabs

Contractors are invited to tender for a planned maintenance programme worth £19 million for social housing provider Saxon Weald Homes.

The contract will cover planned maintenance work to general housing and sheltered stock across East and West Sussex and south Hampshire.

A maximum of five bidders will be invited to bid for the work with up to three able to secure the contract.

The two year framework will run from 2009 to 2011. Firms have until 24 October to express an interest.
