Make wins Olympic Handball design contest

Make has pulled off a major coup by winning the competition to design the new Handball and Paralympic Goalball Arena for the 2012 Olympics.

The practice saw off the likes of Grimshaw, 3DReid, Sports Concepts, David Morley Architects, Schmidt Hammer Lassen and Bligh Voller Nield to land the project - one of six permanent venues being built for the London Olympics.
