Morgan Sindall's affordable housing arm, Lovell, has won a housing regeneration scheme in Manchester which could be worth up to £200 million. The city council chose the firm to redevelop Miles Platting by refurbishing 1,600 council properties and building more than 1,000 family homes. Financed through the Private Finance Initiative and with public money, building works will begin early next year.
