Manchester scheme given OK

Grangefield Estates’ Chancellor Place scheme has been granted outline planning approval by Manchester City Council

Work on the 370,000 sq m mixed use development on a 15.4 ha site in east Manchester will involve the creation of a new ‘quarter’ in the city, consisting of office, residential, hotel and leisure facilities situated around public space.

At the heart of the scheme will be HealthCity, a multi-purpose health care complex.

The plans were developed by a team led by GVA Grimley.
