Mansell in £130 million success

Balfour Beatty subsidiary Mansell has claimed £130 million in new education and social housing work.
The firm has won a £35 million deal to upgrade part of Argyll & Bute Council's school estate as well as £30 million of education building work for Norfolk County Council.

It will also refurbish existing buildings and build a new extension at the

University of London's College Halls of Residence in a contract valued at

£19 million and has a deal for new teaching facilities in Kilburn for

the College of North-West London.

The Metropolitan Housing Trust has chosen Mansell to build 345 new mixed tenure housing units in Northamptonshire under a £37 million framework partnering contract.
