Galliford Try is creating a piazza linking the new Watney Street development to the existing Watney Street Market in Shadwell, east London as part of a £44 million regeneration scheme with Toynbee Housing Association. The fivestorey mixed-use development will include 280 flats and external community and living space. Work will finish in 2008.
