McAlpine lands £49m the 'Bridge' infrastructure

Alfred McAlpine has won a £49 million contract to design and build infrastructure for a mixed-use scheme called the 'Bridge' in Dartford, Kent for developer Prologis.
The scheme is located next to the Queen Elizabeth II bridge and Dartford Crossing on the M25. Alfred McAlpine will build the roads, foul and surface drainage systems and install utilities to serve the development.

Work is due to start on site in September for two years.
