Middlesbrough College set for £33m relocation

Middlesbrough College is looking for contractors to bid for a £33 million deal to relocate the facility to a 30,000 sq m brownfield site.
Work will cover construction of the new college building which will be split into two stages. The successful contractor will carry out pre-construction services for stage one with the option to extend to stage two.

A maximum of seven bidders will be invited to tender for the two- year deal which is set to start in September 2005.

Firms are asked to express an interest by the beginning of July.
