CONTRACTS ROUND UP

A £75 million contract for mine stabilisation work or iginally advertised by Bath and North East Somerset Council in November 2003 has been cancelled after the council decided it needed more time to carry out the work. The deal at the village of Combe Down near Bath will be readver t ised in the next couple of weeks.
