Minister in scuffle with hunt protesters

Farming minister Lord Whitty was involved in a scuffle with anti-hunt ban protesters today as he arrived to address a conference.
Police had to intervene as several demonstrators brandishing Countryside Alliance placards cornered the minister outside the Examination Schools in Oxford, where the Oxford farming conference is being held.

The confrontation lasted for around a minute before the minister was able to get through to the conference hall.
