Mivan wins Kensington homes deal

CONTRACTS LONDON

NORTHERN Irish contractor Mivan has nabbed a second high-profile fit-out job in London.

The Antrim firm is already three months into an 18-month job, worth £14 million, to fit out bathrooms in 205 luxury apartments at the 199 Knightsbridge development in west London for Australian contractor Multiplex.

And next month it will start on a £15 million deal to fit out town houses at a residential scheme in Kensington for St James Homes.

The deal at the newly created Wycombe Square, which has been designed by Broadway Malyan, is due to finish in July 2005.
