MoD finalists

Only two teams are left in the running for the £500 million Project Aquatrine, the Ministry of Defence's PFI project to provide water and sewage services management for more than 3,500 defence sites across the country.

Brey Utilities (Yorkshire Water/ Earth Tech/ Halliburton Brown & Root) and C2C (Severn Trent/ Costain/ Arup) will work up best and final offers for the Scottish region, covering 1,250 sites.
