Morrison could be forced to wait 12 more months before hearing whether it will build a £20 million bridge in the Shetland Isles.The Scottish Executive is casting its eye over objections to the 717 m-long structure that will span the Point of Scatland, Lerwick and Heogan.The local port authority has said the bridge is not high or wide enough.Morrison landed the deal a year ago.
